Stronger control over order quantity limits across the full order journey

Order quantity limits are now enforced consistently from cart to approval, ensuring users cannot exceed allocated amounts during an active rule period.

We’ve strengthened how allocation rules are applied so quantity limits are checked at every step of the order lifecycle—not just after approval. The system now accounts for items in cart, pending approval, approved orders, re-orders, edits, and cancellations to prevent over-ordering through split or staggered submissions. Allocations reset based on the defined rule end date, and users receive clear, contextual messages when limits are reached.
