Streamline Template Design with Custom Resize

The Custom Resize feature addresses a critical pain point in template design by eliminating the need to manually recreate templates when resizing.

Template Designers can now:

• Instantly resize templates proportionately across different categories
• Preserve critical elements like business rules, tags, and metadata
• Generate new template versions with a single click in the Design Studio
• Access resized templates in the Draft section of Manage Templates

Users who have this functionality assigned to them will see a Resize button in the navigation menu bar. Clicking on the resize button opens the resize pop-up window.

Key notes: 

• Resizing opens a new tab. Users may need to enable pop-ups in their browser for the action to function smoothly. An alert will prompt them to allow pop-ups if necessary.
• For optimal results, it is recommended to complete the master visual and set all metadata before initiating the resizing process. This ensures that the resized versions maintain consistency and accuracy without requiring additional adjustments.

By simplifying the resizing process, Custom Resize transforms template management, allowing your team to work smarter and more strategically.
