Item Attributes is a powerful enhancement to streamline your order management process and boost fulfillment accuracy.

With Attributes, administrators can now capture specific, product-related data directly from users before checkout. Whether it’s custom sizing, service preferences, or delivery details, these configurable fields ensure the right information is collected at the right time.

• Custom data fields: Admins can create attribute fields (visible or hidden) to gather product-specific details during the order process.
• Product-specific prompts: Attribute Groups link to specific items and appear right on the Product Detail Page and Quick View modal.
• Streamlined user flow: Required fields are clearly marked, and users can’t move forward until essential details are submitted.
• Editable in cart: Users can review or edit their attribute selections directly from the cart, maintaining control and accuracy.
• Smart validation: If attribute settings change while an item is in the cart, users are notified and prompted to update their entries before completing the order.
• Persistent data for reorders: Reordering? Your previous attribute values carry over.
• End-to-end visibility: Attribute data appears in user confirmation emails and vendor emails (if configured), ensuring everyone stays aligned on order specifics.
