Earlier in her career, she spent time at Diageo North America, where she held progressive roles in regional sales, marketing, and ultimately commercial planning and analytics.

Known for his customer-centric approach, he specializes in building commercial and marketing plans, managing P&L, and integrating new businesses through M&A and process optimization. Kleber has held senior roles at AB InBev, LVMH, Diageo, Unilever, and The Coca-Cola Company.
