Amalia Thomas is Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy, including marketing, business development, local marketing activation, sales operations, organic growth, client retention, and partnerships. She most recently served as Executive Vice President of Client Development and Global Network Compliance at CJ, where she led client growth and talent development for CJ North America, and was responsible for scaling their operations globally with a focus on sustainable growth. She joined CJ in 2010 and held multiple roles throughout client development during her tenure. Amalia has a bachelor’s degree in global studies, with an emphasis in international relations, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

VP, Client Partnership 

Caroline Augustyn is Vice President of Client Partnership at Ansira, where she leads strategic relationships across a national portfolio of beverage alcohol and CPG clients. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in driving client growth, marketing innovation, and operational excellence across distributor and supplier networks. Caroline is recognized for building trusted C-suite partnerships, redefining service models to meet evolving client needs, and delivering measurable results in highly competitive markets.

In my role, at Ansira, I have a blast creating strategic partnerships designed to drive operational efficiencies and move more cases for the three-tier system.
