For a company that has traditionally done sales in-person or over the phone, launching a new website with eCommerce functionality required some repositioning and educational materials for their customer base. As the new website rolled out to different customers on a regional basis, Ansira launched a series of emails to support each region including teasers, built-in demos, video tutorials, activation initiatives, and promotional offers. 

The email design and user experience was carefully orchestrated to align with the website relaunch. Ultimately, the decision to keep the emails just as customer-focused as the SiteOne experience paid off. As a result of the launch campaign, email became the primary driver for conversions and online accounts.
