Gilbert has more than 20 years of experience in strategic innovation, digital transformation, marketing technology, and customer experience design. He has collaborated with an assortment of Fortune 500 companies in a variety of verticals to help implement strategies that are rooted in design thinking and executed with performance, optimization, and longevity in mind. Gilbert founded Defakto (now an Ansira company) on the philosophy that engaging solutions start by asking the right questions. This philosophy, along with a curiosity for problem-solving, helped Defakto become one of the leading Adobe implementation partners in North America. He now brings that same philosophy and approach to Ansira. Prior to founding Defakto, Gilbert held leadership positions at Digitaria (Mirum, WPP), Javelin (Omnicom), and Rackspace, working with brands such as Charter Communications, Lexus, P&G, Microsoft, AT&T, Bank of America, and Mercedes-Benz.
