President and CEO
A distinguished digital and direct marketing industry veteran, Martin Reidy has previously served as CEO of Meredith Xcelerated Marketing, Publicis Modem and Dialog, and R/GA Interactive. In his prior positions, Martin has led teams as large as 2,500 employees spread across 50 countries managing marquee client accounts with Fortune 500 global brands. Martin started his career as a partner at consulting firm, Bain & Co., before moving to EMI Music/Capitol Records as Senior Vice President; he has also served as an advisor to major industry players and investment firms in digital and data driven marketing solutions.
Martin graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of California Berkeley, Walter A. Haas School of Business and received his masters of business administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Executive VP, Client Partnership
Andy Arnold joined the company in August 2001 and currently heads the client partnership team and sits on Ansira’s executive committee. He was instrumental in developing Ansira’s experiential service offering and leads that group. Andy has launched several initiatives for automotive manufacturers, including trade promotion programs and marketing automation services. Additionally, he manages the Irvine, California office.
Previously, Andy was associated with Coolfire Interactive (a WPP digital company) and Maritz in Detroit and St. Louis. Andy has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio and a master’s in business administration from Pepperdine University.
Executive VP, Chief Growth Officer
Jim is instrumental in developing new business while managing the Houston office. Having spent the bulk of his time client-side with such companies as PepsiCo, Taco Bell, Paramount Farms, Enron, Pennzoil and Shell, along with being a former president of Tabs Direct (Omnicom), Jim is well versed in leading major turnarounds and brand positioning. Jim led the strategic concept development and marketing efforts for NewPower, with investors including GE Capital, AOL, DLJ and Enron. In 2001 NewPower was the most over-subscribed IPO in the history for NYSE and raised over $800 million. And while at Pennzoil/Quaker State, the Innovations Group he started was honored by BusinessWeek for “Most Innovative Products.”
Executive VP, Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Clevenger is responsible for advancing Ansira’s strategic planning and data analytics/insight capabilities, while driving greater business and financial success for clients and Ansira. He leads and manages teams of strategic planners, data analytics/insight professionals, and marketing science experts across all of Ansira’s offices.
Clevenger has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, innovation and client development. His pedigree includes leading marketing strategy and analytics at Targetbase for more than a decade, where he also served as Chief Digital Officer. Previously he was Director, Business Economics and Analysis at Mary Kay Inc., and an Analyst and Consultant to the International Small Business Development Center in Dallas.
Clevenger holds a Master of Business Administration, University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts, Texas A&M University.
Executive VP, Chief Development Officer
Tom Cole oversees the development of key relationships with both current and new Ansira clients. Prior to his current role, Tom was co-president and co-founder of predecessor company RAZOR, helping to build the agency to $300 million in capitalized billings in just less than eight years.
Prior to founding RAZOR, Tom served as president of Brann Worldwide-Dallas, executive vice president of JWT, and vice president of marketing for Pepsico.
Tom received both his bachelor’s degree in economics and business, and his master’s in business administration, from the University of Pittsburgh and attended the Harvard Business School program for owner/presidents of privately held businesses.
Executive VP, Chief Digital Officer
Judge Graham is the Chief Digital Officer at Ansira, with over 15 years of experience leading innovation in the digital marketing industry. Prior to coming onboard to Ansira, Judge was the President of Sq1, creating a new paradigm of marketing called predictive modeling. Under Judge’s lead, the Sq1 team received awards including Ad Age’s Best Places to Work, Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in North Texas, and Inc. 5000’s list for 2014.
Judge has over 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Performance Media (Paid, SEO, Mobile, Programmatic Display and Social Media), User Experience, Web Development, and analytics. He attended Texas Christian University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an Emphasis in E-Business.
Throughout her career, Marian has focused on creating integrated marketing solutions for retail-driven clients. With nearly 20 years of experience working with clients such as Dr Pepper, Target, Safeway, Walmart, Miller Brewing and McDonalds, she has a deep understanding of the retail marketplace. It’s this awareness that provides her with an insightful and analytical approach to drive sales. Marian ensures that the agency’s innovative marketing solutions not only extend the boundaries of design and technology, but also exceed client business goals and maximize ROI.
Executive VP, Human Resources
Con McGrath joined Ansira in 2012 and directs all of the human capital functions of the organization, including the administration of all HR departmental activities, development of HR strategy, assurance that the enterprise-wide culture reflects the firm’s core values, and enhancement of the company’s professional, customer-focused performance-based orientation. In addition, he coordinates enterprise initiatives such as organizational design, talent acquisition, post-acquisition integration, career and HR process management and succession planning.
Prior to joining Ansira, Con served as senior vice president and chief people officer of Maritz Holdings, Inc., where he was the firm’s senior human resources operative. He formerly served Maritz as Associate General Counsel in its Law Department, and he was associated with the St. Louis-based law firm, Bryan Cave, LLP, where he specialized in Employment and Labor Law issues.
Con graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s of science degree in foreign service and St. Louis University Law School.
Executive VP, Chief Operations Officer
Tom Millweard joined Ansira in June of 2009. He currently manages client partnership, creative, studio and broadcast production.
Prior to Ansira, Tom served as president of Ackerman McQueen after 18 collective years of service. He also enjoyed an eight-year run as chief operating officer of Barkley Evergreen.
Tom began his career at The Bloom Agency and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
Executive VP, Marketing Technology
Kelly Jo joined Ansira in 2010 and brings the fusion of data-minded processes and analytical-based engagement marketing to the team. She has worked behind the curtains with some of the leading brands in the world, and has extensive experience in enterprise applications, digital solutions, interactive outsourcing, direct and permission-based marketing, business intelligence and database solutions. Kelly Jo works with Ansira’s clients as an engagement manager and technology strategist to ensure the details are covered to deliver solutions seamlessly.
She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she attained her BBA in marketing, and holds a graduate certificate in business analytics from Southern Methodist University (SMU).
Executive VP, Chief Financial Officer
Gary Weller joined the company in July 2008. He currently manages Ansira’s balance sheet and overall financial reporting process while supporting the company’s efforts in achieving revenue and earnings growth.
A certified public accountant, Gary previously served as Executive VP president and CFO for Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., Harbour Group, Ltd. and Greenfield Industries, Inc. He began his career with Price Waterhouse upon his graduation with a bachelor’s of science in business administration degree from the University of Central Missouri.
Senior VP, Trade Promotion Management
Amy Asahl has been with the company since September 2000. She currently oversees all of the trade promotion management operational activities such as co-op administration, advertising compliance management and pre-approval consultation services for Ansira.
Prior to her current position, Amy has been instrumental in implementing the launch and expansion of several advertising and marketing program Web sites for Ansira’s largest clients.
Amy was previously associated with the Missouri Automobile Dealers Association. She holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in communications and a minor in Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Senior VP, Digital Marketing Resources
Heidi joined Ansira in December 2002 as an account manager working on various client accounts. She eventually moved into an account executive role where she was responsible for the strategic oversight and growth of the existing accounts as well as new business development. Heidi now oversees operations associated with Ansira’s ongoing digital marketing resource services, including user and client support, analysis of reporting and strategic development of the accounts, and the expansion of all local activation initiatives. Heidi provides day-to-day operational leadership to the team responsible for digital marketing resource client support and local marketing activation.
Heidi has almost 15 years of marketing, client service and project management experience ranging from advertising agencies to automotive and retail industries. She has been instrumental in implementing the sale, launch, ongoing maintenance and customer support of many clients’ marketing initiatives during her tenure at Ansira.
Heidi holds a bachelor of science degree in both marketing and mass communications with a minor in Spanish from Miami University.
Senior VP, Client Partnership
Larry has been a Co-op Advertising Management industry leader for over 30 years. Starting his career as Vice President/General Manager for IDC Co-op Control, Larry implemented Trade Promotion programs for most of the major record companies as well as managing programs for several dozen high profile clients including Apple Computer and Microsoft.
In 1987 Larry founded and launched Co-Optimum, an innovative agency specialized in Co-op Advertising Program management. Larry attracted market leading clients including AT&T (Cingular) Wireless, Revlon, Sanyo, Toyota, Ferrari, Timberland, Acura, Farmers Insurance, Pharmavite and BMW Motorcycles by striking a balance between the needs of the brand and the reality of the sales channel.
In 2014 Co-Optimum was folded into the Ansira family. Larry continues to head the Sherman Oaks office and manages its roster of long standing clients. With the array of services Ansira brings to the table, he is able to bring clients new value and energy to their existing Co-op Advertising and Trade Promotion programs.
Prior to moving into the Co-op Advertising and Trade Promotion Management Industry Larry was Director of National Album Promotion for Casablanca Records. He promoted and toured with various acts including Kiss, Donna Summers and George Clinton.
Senior VP, Strategic Planning
Logan Flatt joined the company in January 2010 with more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital marketing and financial analysis. At Ansira, he is a leader of the communications planning team that develops insight-driven customer engagement strategies, driving higher revenue growth and marketing ROI for Ansira’s clients.
Prior to Ansira, Logan was associated with Vero Group, Tribal DDB, Rare Medium, Towers Perrin and Accenture. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Institute, Logan is considered a leading expert on improving the impact of marketing on corporate financial performance.
He received two bachelors of Science degrees with honors in operations research and mathematical sciences from Southern Methodist University.
Senior VP, Client Partnership
Lauraliisa joined Ansira in 2005 and oversees a major retail account, with which she has been associated since 1998. She leads the client overseeing the day-to-day marketing including digital, print, social, direct marketing, strategy and planning, analysis and modeling.
In addition, she helps assimilate new business into the company, oversees the mentorship and training of all Client Partnership teams/accounts and is consistently called upon to drive clients/review internal processes for all accounts. Prior to joining Ansira, Lauraliisa held various management roles at EURO RSCG and Levenson & Hill.
Lauraliisa attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where she received her bachelor of fine arts degree.
Senior VP, CIO
Mary Ann Jacoby joined the company in August 2005 and oversees the IT development and infrastructure management functions for Ansira. She manages all IT personnel, including architecture, project management, database administration development and infrastructure personnel.
Mary Ann’s prior experience includes providing information technology services while at Nestle-Purina and for 10 years prior to joining Ansira, she was president of a technology consulting firm that provided services for numerous clients in the manufacturing, entertainment, financial, and the food and beverage industries.
Senior VP, Data & Technology
Paul is an innovative executive with more than twenty years’ experience in the technology field. Paul’s most recent agency experience was with Epsilon, where he served as Vice President of Technology with technology and operational responsibilities for major accounts in the financial and hospitality sectors.
He also co-founded a company that developed a cloud-based biometric mobile identification system. Paul is a graduate of the University of Victoria in Canada with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Senior VP, Client Partnership
Kay Klos is the rare combination of an expert business communicator who is also proficient in the latest technical dissemination methods. Overseeing a major beverage account since her arrival at Ansira in 1999, Kay has worked with numerous clients throughout the corporation, providing strategic consultation, solution development and project management for countless programs. Her ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in wholesaler communication helped her play an instrumental role in building the client’s primary sales and marketing communication vehicle.
Recently, her understanding of the complex communication landscape of multi-layered organizations benefited another Ansira client; she led the efforts to overhaul their sales and marketing communication system, which includes a ubiquitous web portal and numerous connected interactive initiatives, including custom-designed software used by field sales to analyze, diagnose and implement proper placement of product.
Kay has a bachelor of science degree with majors in both marketing and public relations from Illinois State University.
Senior VP, Creative Director
Sam Monica, a creative veteran with more than 20 years’ experience with nationally recognized agencies, joined the company in June of 2003 and is senior vice president and creative director. His proficient grasp of the creative process– along with a piercing insight to consumer perception and behavior– has helped him lead creative teams responsible for numerous successes in many consumer product and service categories.
Sam has a proven ability, and the portfolio to match, to craft marketing communications both in the B2B and B2C world across numerous industries, most notably beverage, automotive and QSR.
Senior VP, Strategy
Katie joined Ansira in October 2012 and works primarily with Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, Culligan, and Chrysler and provides strategic planning on new business opportunities. Katie has over 20 years’ experience as a results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping clients grow their business. Katie has extensive digital and social media experience, with roots in brand management and product development.
Before joining Ansira, Katie served as Chief Client Officer – Brand Strategy Leader for Infuz and was primarily responsible for the account service and social media teams. She focused on developing digital and social media strategies, market research, account planning and campaign development for top clients including Nestlé Purina PetCare, Charter Business, InteliSpend, ROHO and Contegix. Katie leveraged her brand marketing expertise in client branding work, planning and overall marketing efforts, ensuring all deliverables were aligned with client expectations.
Ray Rosenbaum joined the company in 2005. He was a company principal with the predecessor firm RAZOR, with primary responsibilities for developing strategic marketing programs for Ansira’s largest account.
Formerly, Ray was the chief operating officer for EuroRSCG Dallas. Over his career, Ray has focused on providing strategic planning, data-directed programs and research solutions to many clients from small regional businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
He received his bachelor’s of science in business degree with honors from the University of Minnesota and master’s in business administration degree in marketing research from the same institution.
Senior VP, Client Partnership
Pete Soto joined the company in 1993. He oversees Ansira’s partnership with several substantial clients and has extensive experience working with the new car, certified pre-owned and parts & service areas of Ansira’s automotive clients.
Pete is responsible for the development and design of Ansira’s alternative media solutions to the marketing challenges that confront companies today, including search-based advertising, Internet broadcast media and emerging interactive solutions.
Previously, Pete held management positions in the software industry for Quest Software, PLATINUM Technology and Kana Communications and served as a Corporate Banking Officer for Bank of America. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst University and a master’s in business administration from St. Louis University’s John Cook School of Business.
Senior VP, Client Partnership
Julia Thuman as Senior Vice President, Client Partnership, brings 25 years of experience in multichannel marketing to Ansira. Julia draws on her specific expertise in driving innovation in areas of digital marketing and CRM to lead the account teams of several Ansira clients.
Most recently, Julia was the Senior Vice President of Client Service, Business Development and Corporate Marketing for Targetbase, and previously she held senior executive roles with agencies Javelin Direct, Rapp Collins, and DIMAC Direct. Julia has also worked on the client side as Director of Marketing Communications for Sprint.
Julia attended Northeast Missouri State University (Truman State University) where she received a bachelor of science degree in marketing.

Austin has been driving customer engagement for over 16 years. He has enabled marketers across the restaurant, retail, travel and financial services verticals to engender irrational loyalty and drive business goals. Austin has launched or updated and managed over a dozen loyalty programs. He has had the privilege of working with
some of the biggest brands in there respective verticals; Apple, Chili’s Domino’s, Nestle, Aruba Tourism Authority, Best Buy, AMC Theaters, Famous Footwear, Cinemark, Naturalizer, HEB, Albertson’s, Abercrombie & Fitch, Rug Doctor, Select Comfort, Citibank and Discover Card.
He has the unique skill set of not only understanding the complex relationships between consumers, brands and emerging trends but he also understands the “technical” side of marketing as well. His background in analytics, database marketing and marketing systems enables him to glean insights from data but also partner with marketers to construct solutions that are feasible, scalable and impactful.
An eternal student of engagement marketing, Austin shares his passion and insights to the next generation of marketers with lectures at SMU, Texas A&M, Washington University and Northwestern University.
