Ansira has acquired Brand Protection Agency (BPA), a software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based platform that provides manufacturers and brands with the ability to monitor, manage, and communicate with their online reseller channels. BPA’s platform has 200-plus brands, 39,000-plus resellers, and 200,000-plus products on it today. BPA’s management team will remain in place and will work with Ansira’s leadership team to continue growing the business.
